Chelsea are joining the scramble for Crewe Alexandra attacking midfielder Nick Powell.
The Daily Express says Chelsea are set to make a move for Powell.
The 18-year-old midfielder has scored 15 goals this season but is also being chased by Manchester United and Everton.
