Chelsea are going cold on Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.

Caicedo has approved the move and remains hopeful of making the switch to the Stamford Bridge.

But the Guardian says Chelsea are refusing to meet Brighton's £80m asking price.

Indeed, they're prepared to walk away from the negotiating table.

Instead, Chelsea are set to enter talks with Celta Vigo for Gabri Veiga next week.
