Chelsea prospect Cristian Manea has moved to Belgium.
Mouscron-Péruwelz have taken the 18 year-old Romanian prospect on a season-long loan.
Manea is rated among the best f Romania's young talent and Chelsea chief Michael Emenalo expects him to enjoy a first team introduction with Mouscron.
The teen already boasts a full senior cap.
Chelsea and Mouscron-Péruwelz have engaged in a partnership through super agent Pini Zahavi this summer.
