Chelsea to pounce as Bruma agent admits Sporting Lisbon exit close

The agent of Bruma is hopeful of a solution to their contract stand-off with Sporting Lisbon this week.

Bruma's camp believe his current deal has run out, while Sporting are insisting it still has 12 months to run.

Record says a compromise is now being discussed which would see Sporting allow Bruma to move on for an affordable fee. Chelsea and Manchester City are among clubs keeping tabs on developments.

Agent Catio Balde said: "It is not pleasant for a young man like him to be stopped from playing. I think in the coming days there will be news. People are committed to trying to resolve the situation."
