Sporting CP midfielder Manuel Ugarte is keen on a move to Chelsea.

The Uruguay international is set to leave Sporting this summer and has contact with Chelsea and PSG.

And Record says Ugarte is favouring a move to Stamford Bridge, despite their chaotic season.

Chelsea and PSG are in talks with Ugarte, knowing his contract carries a €60m buyout clause.

It's suggested Chelsea will seek to sweeten the deal by including David Datro Fofana on-loan for the new season.
