Chelsea pair Obi Mikel, Moses up for BBC African Footballer of the Year

Chelsea pair Victor Moses and John Obi Mikel have been nominated for the 2013 BBC African Footballer of the Year.

In February, the pair were pivotal in guiding Nigeria to their first Africa Cup of Nations crown for the best part of two decades.

Ivory Coast's Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has also been put forward while Burkina Faso's Jonathan Pitroipa and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of Gabon complete the five-man list.
