Chelsea owner Boehly held Kobel talks with BVB before Champions League win

Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly is said to have gone to a transfer meeting before this month's Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund.

The Blues went past the German side over two legs in the round of 16 of the competition.

According to German outlet Sport1, Dortmund and Chelsea held talks before they played in London for the second leg of the tie.

The topic at hand was Swiss goalkeeper Gregor Kobel.

The 25-year-old is impressing teams around Europe for his Bundesliga displays.

Now it appears Chelsea may be looking to secure him in the summer to replace either Kepa Arrizabalaga or Edouard Mendy.
