Chelsea are chasing Hamburg midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu. The Turkey international attracted interest from the Blues, Liverpool and Arsenal during the January market, but chose to commit to HSV.
The Sun says Chelsea remain keen ahead of the summer transfer window.
And Calhanoglu could be on the move should HSV fail to beat the drop this season.
Blues officials will meet the German club tomorrow over the Turkey international, who is valued at £8.5million and is seen as a long-term successor to Frank Lampard.
