Chelsea are prepared to sell Demba Ba to Besiktas this week.
The Daily Star says according to reports in Turkey, Besiktas president Fikret Orman has already held discussions with Chelsea chief executive Ron Gourlay and hopes to strike a deal for the Senegalese international.
Besiktas board member, Deniz Atalay, admitted last month that Ba, 29, was the club's No.1 transfer target as they attempt to sign a marquee player this summer.
