Chelsea are believed to be close to a deal for Croatian striker Andrej Kramaric.
Sky Sports suggests that the Blues are on the verge of agreeing a £6million deal with HNK Rijeka for the prolific 23-year old.
Former Dinamo Zagreb youngster Kramaric, who has fired home 55 goals in 64 appearances for Rijeka, is expected to soon sign with Chelsea before being loaned out for the remainder of the 2014/15 season.
It is believed that the four-time Croatia international will be sent to Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem who already have Blues trio Wallace, Josh McEachran and Bertrand Traore on temporary stays.
