Chelsea muscle in on Man Utd relationship with Mexican giants Chivas

Chelsea admits they're keen to work closer with Mexican giants Chivas.

The Blues have swooped for striker Ulises Davila in the last 24 hours.

Davila has come through the excellent Chivas youth system, which has launched the careers of Manchester United's Javier Hernandez, Arsenal's Carlos Vela, Fulham's Carlos Salcido and Mexican international Omar Bravo, who remains with the club at the age of 31.

Chelsea chief executive Ron Gourlay told chelseafc.com: "We have been very impressed with the Chivas organisation and we will look for other ways to work with them in the future."
