The England left-back is interesting Manchester City, though the Athletic says he is now close to committing to new terms with the Blues.

It's suggested Chelsea have reached an agreement with Chilwell about a new agreement.

Chilwell will sign a new contract that runs until the summer of 2027.

The defender's current arrangement runs to 2025.
