Chelsea are moving for Porto defender Bruno Alves.

The Mirror says Alves is desperate to move to Chelsea after the Porto defender's father insists he will definitely leave.

Washington Alves said: "It is certain that he will leave Porto. The player is happy at the moment because he is under contract, but we really think that this is the moment for him to get a transfer."

Alves is rated in the £25m bracket but his arrival would allow Ricardo Carvalho to join Jose Mourinho at Inter Milan, who also want Deco.
