Juventus are closing on Chelsea's Ramires according to reports in Italy.

Corriere dello Sport is suggesting that the Brazilian midfielder is set to arrive in Turin to complete his much talked about transfer to the Bianconeri.

Despite the fact Jose Mourinho wants to keep a strong squad at Stamford Bridge for the cub's Premier League title defence, Ramires has been given permission to leave West London and is on the verge of finalising a move to Juventus after five years with the Blues.

Ramires joined Chelsea from Benfica for £15million in 2010 and if the reports in Italy are anything to believe, he will now make the move Serie A to link up with the reigning Italian champions.
