Chelsea are being linked with VfL Wolfsburg fullback Ricardo Rodriguez.
TMW says Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is keen on the Switzerland international, despite the arrival of Marcos Alonso from Fiorentina in August.
Rodriguez, 24, has also been linked with Manchester United.
The defender had a buyout clause of €25 million - which expired in June - so any fee must now be negotiated with Wolfsburg.
Rodriguez is tied to VfL until 2019.
