AS Monaco winger Bernardo Silva is attracting Premier League interest.
Marca says Chelsea and Manchester City have been following the 20 year-old midfielder, who is with Portugal's squad at the U21 Euros.
Silva only moved to ASM permanently in January from Benfica and has established himself as a first-choice for coach Leonardo Jardim.
"Anthony Martial and Bernardo Silva will remain as will Dirar, Subasic, Raggi, Elderson and Toulalan," said the coach just last week.
Silva is tied to ASM until 2019.
