Edinson Cavani is being coy over his future with Napoli.

With Chelsea, Manchester City and Real Madrid all circling, Cavani has left his future in "God's hands".

Cavani said: "There is no reason to think about what may happen after that. We have to seize the moment, while always trying to give our best.

"Moreover, I always leave my decisions in God's hands. When I went to Napoli, things happened in a [certain] way that I joined the club, when I had never imagined or thought that it could happen.

"In the future, the same thing will happen."
