Championship side Sunderland are bracing for more interest in Chris Rigg in the summer.

The talented youngster is the subject of transfer interest from major clubs in England and Europe.

Per the Sunderland Echo, the club are hoping they can hold onto him in the coming months.

However, the likes of Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool are all eager.

There is also interest from European giants Bayern Munich, with Rigg set to have his choice of teams.

Whether he does leave in the summer is unclear, as he may want to continue developing at the Stadium of Light.
