Chelsea have reportedly made enquiries about Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic.

Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting the Blues contacted the Serie A giants in recent days to get a gauge on the club's willingness to sell the 25-year-old.

Bosnia & Herzegovina internatinoal Pjanic recently 'favourited' a tweet linking him with a move to Stamford Bridge, further fuelling speculation that a summer transfer may be on the cards.

It is understood Pjanic has a £24million buyout clause in his contract at the Stadio Olimpico.
