Chelsea and Liverpool are watching young Athletic Bilbao striker Inaki Williams.

Don Balon says Williams' rapid progress has sparked the interest of Europe's biggest clubs this season.

Chelsea, Liverpool and PSG are keeping close tabs on Williams leading up to the January market.

And should Williams offer any encouragement, all three clubs wouldn't have a problem meeting the striker's €50 million buyout clause.
