Roma are passing on a permanent deal for on-loan VfB Stuttgart defender Antonio Rudiger.
The German has been linked with Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool.
Corriere dello Sport says the Giallorossi have no intention of extending the German's loan at the Stadio Olimpico, meaning rivals are free to start negotiations.
The report goes on to suggest that Stuttgart have valued the 23-year-old at €25m (£19.7m)
