Chelsea are believed to be interested with Santos starlet Neymar.

The 17-year old has been dubbed the next Pele and has already attracted interest from Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid, AC Milan, Juventus and Barcelona.

It is believed that FIFA agent Giuliano Bertolucci has approached Neymar's agent Wagner Ribeiro on behalf of Chelsea and a fee worth about £13.5million has been mentioned.

Neymars father, Neymar da Silva Santos, admits there has been an offer for his son but nothing is yet official.

"Wagner has been sounded out, but there is nothing official yet," he said.

"Therefore, we haven't moved any further because Wagner can only go to Santos when there is something official. For now, we're not dealing with any of that.

"Neymar is very young. He had a good year, but still needs to grow. I don't think that now is the time to leave. He needs to show more for Santos and win titles here. Prepare better."
