Chelsea legend John Terry has admitted regret missing out on a move to AC Milan late in his career.
Speaking with Gazzetta dello Sport, Terry discussed several topics, including an approach from Milan.
He recalled: "Milan, when I was 33, called me through two different agents: I realised there was a possibility. Nothing has been done about it and that's okay, but the Rossoneri would have been a dream, nothing less."
On Chelsea's Champions League clash with Juventus tonight, Terry also said: “Chelsea will win but I was studying Bonucci-Chiellini: two legends. Blues are superior to Juve, but England was too in the European Championship...
"(Paolo) Maldini is my legend, everything was easy for him.
"(Antonio) Conte? Never been as fit as when he trained me. Even at Tottenham he will make it.
"(Jose) Mourinho? He was my favourite coach: I also played for him injured but I won."
