Chelsea legend Ruud Gullit feels England's youth system needs a radical shake-up.
England failed to reach the final 16 of this month's World Cup.
"What is your identity? You've thrown it out in the bin a long time ago," Gullit told Sky Sports.
"That's why you have to find your identity. Start with the youth system, start with the kids. Don't play competitive football.
"Your biggest problem is on the most important part of the pitch, the players are only foreigners.
"Goalkeepers in the top five are a foreigner, back in the centre, all foreigners, the playing midfielder a foreigner. Then you have the No 10, who plays behind the striker, is a foreigner and the striker.
"In your spine you have only foreigners."
