Chelsea could send even more players on-loan to Vitesse Arnhem later this season.
The Sunday Mirror says clubs in Holland are set to debate the loan laws that have allowed Chelsea to send six players to Vitesse Arnhem.
And it can now be revealed KNVB officials have taken up the matter and started private discussions over whether the loan system needs to be reformed.
Dutch sources claim Vitesse are hoping to sign up to three more players on loan from the Blues in January.
