Chelsea, Juventus alerted as Martial rejects Man Utd contract offer

Anthony Martial has rejected a new contract offer from Manchester United.

RMC says Martial is understood to have turned down a new five-year contract offer, after becoming exasperated with his lack of starts under Jose Mourinho.

Juventus, Tottenham, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are all monitoring Martial's situation, with United ready to cash in on him if he cannot be persuaded to stay.

Martial has turned down a new deal, with his representatives having informed United of the player's desire to move on this summer.

Although Martial was recalled by France boss Didier Deschamps for his last squad, the forward is known to fear his lack of starts for United could end up costing him his World Cup place in Russia this summer.

United will want their money back if they decide to sell the 22-year-old, who has one more year on his current contract, with the option to extend for an extra 12 months.
