Chelsea are eyeing AC Milan midfielder Suso.

Sportmediaset says Chelsea are in contact with Suso as they see the Spaniard as a potential replacement for Eden Hazard.

The Blues have spoken with Alessandro Lucci, Suso's agent, about the prospect of bringing the former Liverpool midfielder back to London.

Lucci has since relayed the enquiry to Milan chief Massimiliano Mirabelli, though it's emerged Suso's buyout option has now expired.

The price had been set at €38m before Sunday.
