Chelsea have been fined £40,000 by the Football Association over the behaviour of their players in the Premier League win at Derby in November.
A number of Chelsea players confronted referee Andre Marriner after he sent off Michael Essien for lashing out at Derby striker Kenny Miller.
Chelsea admitted a charge of failing to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
After a Regulatory Commission, when they took into account the club's previous disciplinary record, the West London club were handed the £40,000 fine.
