Chelsea have Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho on their summer shopping list.
Moutinho declared yesterday he had ambitions of playing in the Premier League.
Chelsea have long been following Moutinho and will make their interest concrete should they fail to strike terms over a deal for Tottenham playmaker Luka Modric.
