Chelsea fullback Marcus Alonso has given his full support to manager Antonio Conte.

Chelsea are going through a difficult season, and they could miss out on a spot in the Premier League top four.

But Alonso knows that his manager is the right one to lead the club in the coming seasons.

When asked about the manager Antonio Conte, Alonso said to Marca: "He has done a great job and we only think about finishing well."

He added: "In England, after winning the Premier League, it is normal to have a difficult year, especially with the level that Manchester City are maintaining throughout the season.

"Now we have an important end of the year, to qualify for the Champions League and fight for the FA Cup.

"We're looking forward to it."
