Chelsea have concerns of being outbid by Manchester City for Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano.
The Daily Star says Chelsea will be wary of City's ability to splash the cash in the same way they did in August for Robinho.
Big Phil Scolari is still angry at the way Chelsea lost out in the £32m bidding war for the Real Madrid star.
And they are equally dismayed at City's interest in Fabiano, who Scolari feels is the ideal player to boost their season.
Chelsea only want to pay £20m for Fabiano, but City's Abu Dhabi owners are prepared to pay £5m more for the striker.
The other problem is that both clubs have to persuade Sevilla and their hard-nosed president Jose Maria Del Nido to sell the 28-year-old.
