Spanish left-back Marc Cucurella is enduring a miserable time at club level at present.

The former Brighton and Getafe defender was booed by Chelsea fans last night.

Cucurella copped the treatment ahead of the Carabao Cup clash with AFC Wimbledon, which the club won 2-1.

Cucurella played in the contest, but many fans on social media were also critical of him.

Fans are upset that he is close to agreeing to join Manchester United in a loan deal.

Cucurella, who signed for Chelsea a year ago, has failed to impress under any of the club's coaches so far.
