Hamburg are moving for Chelsea defender Slobodan Rajkovic.
talkSPORT says Rajkovic has agreed terms on a four-year contract, with Hamburg handing over a fee of around £2million.
The Serbia defender was waiting on a UK work permit application after impressing Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas in preseason.
The 22-year-old is set to follow Michael Mancienne, Gökhan Töre, Jacopo Sala and the on-loan Jeffrey Bruma to the Imtech Arena, in another deal done by former Blues sporting director Frank Arnesen.
