Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic is facing a long-term future at right-back.
The Daily Mail says Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti sees David Luiz and John Terry as his ideal centre-back pairing and wants Ivanovic to utilise his physical presence at right-back.
That will not please the Serbian as he wanted to establish himself in his favourite centre back position but after Chelsea splashed out £25m for Luiz he is left with little option.
Ivanovic signed new terms with Chelsea earlier this month.
