Chelsea defender Gary Cahill has indicated that the grass roots level of English football is in good hands.
The England international attended an event at Wembley Stadium to promote St George's Day and highlighted the talent coming through the ranks as well as the amount of support the national team is receiving these days.
Cahill spoke with pride at being able to experience first-hand the passion associated with English football right now.
"Being English, growing up in England, to represent your country, is an amazing feeling." Cahill told Sky Sports News HQ.
"There's plenty of young talent coming through.
"We've been doing some coaching sessions recently and, at all ages and all levels, there's a massive passion for the sport and England. You see the kids in English tops. It means a lot to them and a huge amount to players."
