Chelsea defender Baba Rahman is set to sign with PAOK.

The London Evening Standard says Rahman will join PAOK in a free transfer.

The fullback can still earn Chelsea a fee should he help PAOK qualifying for Europe next season.

Rahman, 29, joined Chelsea in 2015 from FC Augsburg, but has spent the majority of his Blues career away on-loan.

He made just 23 appearances for the Blue over the eight years he's been on the books.
