Chelsea believe they're silencing the critics of their youth system.
Against Marseille in the Champions League on Tuesday, Chelsea fielded three players aged 21 or under - Gael Kakuta, 19, Daniel Sturridge, 21, and McEachran. Ray Wilkins says they will remain in the first-team picture even when Frank Lampard and Salomon Kalou are fit.
"We hope that these young men coming through now will be the mainstay for a few years to come," he said. "The academy have worked really hard in the last couple of years to produce young lads. It's coming to fruition now."
