Chelsea are convinced they can land Napoli star Edinson Cavani.
The Sunday Times says Cavani is a top target for Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas in 2012.
Blues chiefs feel they can convince Napoli to sell the Uruguay international for less than £35 million.
Only last week, Cavani admitted an ambition to play abroad - with England among favoured destinations.
