Chelsea chiefs believe in the talent of Graham Potter.

However, Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali acknowledge the former Brighton manager wasn't ready for the Blues job.

Potter was hired by the new Chelsea board after the dismissal of Thomas Tuchel, a decision they also accept was a mistake.

But the Daily Mail says Chelsea's chiefs still believe in the ability of Potter and that he will find his way to the top of the game in the future.
