Chelsea and Liverpool are battling for 17 year-old Ivory Coast prospect Victorien Angban.
The Mirror says Chelsea are competing with Liverpool for Angban, a teenage striker identified at last year's U20 World Cup.
Angban is currently tied to Stade d'Abidjan.
