Chelsea will challenge Arsenal for unsettled PSG striker Ezequiel Lavezzi.
Le Sport 10 says Chelsea began formal talks with PSG on Friday and will try to seal a deal for Lavezzi in the next few days.
They have offered the Ligue 1 champions £18m for Lavezzi and are unwilling to pay anymore than £20m for the Argentina star.
Meanwhile, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is also keen and using his close ties with PSG to broker terms for the ex-Napoli star.
