Chelsea captain John Terry helped Khalid Boulahrouz land a move to Brondby this week.

The former Blues defender signed for the Danes as a free agent, with a little help from an old teammate.

Brondby chief Per Rud revealed: "We had many conversations with people who had played with him, including John Terry, who was with him at Chelsea.

"He said that we should not hesitate, but just go for it and sign him."
