Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas insists he's in awe of Frank Lampard's achievements with the club.

Lampard has admitted he doesn't get along with Villas-Boas.

And the manager said: "Frank feels something is missing but I don't. We're not married to each other. It's a manager-player relationship.

"I have to choose the best team for every game. It hasn't involved Frank a couple of times but that doesn't mean I have a problem with him.

"I hope, one day, to have the CV that Frank has at this club, which is amazing in terms of trophies.

"I don't see any problems in my relationships with the players.

"It's an unhappy dressing room as we are fifth."
