Chelsea have been told to forget about an apology for the 'offside' goal against Arsenal.
Boss Phil Scolari demanded ref Mike Dean said sorry after Robin van Persie equalised from an offside position before the Gunners went on to win 2-1 on Sunday.
The FA have said Scolari faces no action.
Linesman Simon Beck, who did not flag Van Persie, has been demoted to the Championship this weekend.
