Chelsea boss Pochettino hints at transfer hopes for summer market

Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has hinted he'd like to see more Premier League experienced players signed in the summer.

Pochettino felt their inexperience again cost them in Sunday's 2-2 draw at Sheffield United.

He said, "Maybe this group is still not mature enough to compete in every game every three days. Maybe these types of games are tougher because in your preparation, maybe because, like you say, Sheffield are in the relegation zone.

"We need to think a little bit. I'm not saying we're not being respectful, but we need to think a little bit more. As a coach, I need to think. If I am a player, I need to think.

"Always when the end of the season arrives, we need to analyse the squad and what we are missing and try to add people with the capacity to provide what we are seeing today, to improve in the next seasons."
