Chelsea are ready to compete with Manchester City for Porto pair Fernando and Eliaquim Mangala.

City were in talks for the Porto duo throughout the January transfer window, however their bid didn't meet the Portuguese outfit's asking price.

A Bola says City will resume their interest in the summer, but Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho believes Fernando and Mangala would complement the club's style of play.
