Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is demanding victory today at QPR.

Mourinho has warned his players not to be complacent, especially after Man City's shock 2-1 loss at Crystal ­Palace last Monday gave his side a buffer they will not want to lose.

He said: "The need to win is the need to win and with that comes pressure. QPR are fighting to stay in the division.

"They know that even a point is not a solution for them. It goes to the end.

"It creates very difficult matches when teams need wins at this stage of the ­season."
