Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho admits he was able to celebrate yesterday's Premier League title triumph with a family crisis over.

Chelsea's triumph was made even more emotional for Mourinho as his father Jose Mourinho Felix, is in hospital after undergoing a serious head operation last week.

The Blues boss said: "When the game finished at Leicester I got immediately a private plane to go to Portugal and I was there with him at the most difficult moment, which was at the moment of the surgery.

"After that, everything is under control. He's strong, getting better and better. I'm much more relaxed."
