Chelsea boss Avram Grant insists Andriy Shevchenko is part of his plans this season.

Grant said: "January will be his opportunity and I hope that he uses this.

"Shevchenko is in the squad because he is a good player and he has a lot of quality. He know how to score goals like you have seen in the last few games.

"But anyway, even if Drogba and Shevchenko are both fit you always need more than two good strikers in your team."
