Chelsea boss Roberto di Matteo insists Danny Sturridge is not for sale.

The England striker again proved his potential in an outstanding Capital One Cup performance against Manchester United.

Di Matteo said: "I get asked about speculation but I am very happy with him. He scored a goal and had a number of good chances.

"He's our striker and as far as I'm concerned he's part of this team."
